Fall Tryout Information

Prior to participation in sports, the athletics department needs to receive 2 items before the start of the season:

1. A hard copy of an updated physical (within 13 months of the season’s end date)
2. A hard copy of a pre-participation head injury form
These documents can be given to the athletic trainer directly or brought to the athletics office before the first day of tryouts.


Boys Cross Country

Practice will start Wednesday the 22nd and run from 3:30-5:00 p.m. That will also be the case for Thursday and Friday and the following Monday and Tuesday. Starting the first day of school Wednesday the 29th Practices will begin at 2:35. The meeting place with be by the tree next to the storage shed.


Girls Cross Country
Dates: Weekdays starting 8/22
Times: 8-9:30
Location to meet: In front of the Gym
What to Bring: Running shoes and water



Saturday, August 25th from 9-1


Field Hockey

Thursday and Friday from 7-9, then 11-1 and Saturday from 7-9. Meet at turf and bring water bottle, turf shoes/cleats, sneakers, stick, shin guards, sunscreen and mouth guard.
