Golf loses a close one

The FHS Golf team lost a close one yesterday to Milton at Granite Links GC in Quincy, 59.5-48.5. Despite playing a difficult course they have never seen, the team played well with the top two players, Joey Osborne (So) and Dan Flanagan (Sr), shooting in the 30s. Each of the pairings was close with the final group of Bobby Strine (So) and Jayson Brouillard (So) finishing their match all square. Milton will travel to Millwood Farms GC next week in a match the Flyers look to take advantage of home course. The team travels today to Dedham Golf and Polo and will additionally host Braintree next week at Framingham Country Club.
