HOW TO SIGN UP FOR A SPORT

1. Fill out registration form – return to athletic office.

2. Bring copy of up to date physical to athletic office.

3. Please take online concussion test (www.nfhs.com)

4. Return all forms signed to Athletic Office.

USER FEES

$250 per sport per student with a $1,000 family cap.

Checks need to be made out to the Town of Framingham. Checks are due when uniforms are issued after teams have been selected.

Waiver forms are available at the athletics office or online for free and reduced lunch students or families that need financial assistance.
